Online Application Process:

1. If you haven’t registered an account with the City of New York, you will need to register an account here before you can proceed to the online application.

2. Gather all the documents required for the license. Reminder: if you're using your own name to apply for the license, you will not be required to provide the first four documents below. If you want to get the license as a business rather than using your own name, you will need to register a business with New York State before you can submit the application online. Online registration links are provided below. Our instructor will go over the different legal entities and their filing fees in class.)
