As of March 16, 2020, NYC DCA only accepts online application filing. After you have already applied for a license online, you have the option of setting up an appointment to visit the DCA Licensing Center at 42 Broadway to take the exam and get the fingerprints or you can get your fingerprints taken at One Police Plaza.

To schedule an appointment at 42 Broadway, please send an email to LicensingAppointments@dca.nyc.gov . Please make sure to include your application number, your business name or business address in the subject line or the body of the email.

NYPD Community Affairs Unit confirmed that they are doing non-criminal fingerprinting at 1 Police Plaza. They are open for appointments only. You can call for appointments and further information regarding fingerprints at the number 646-610-5541.
